Damaged or missing products
Please contact us immediately at hello at MrRedfox of london.com, if you have received a damage product. If you are missing an item in your order we will either track your package or replaced damaged items at our expense.
Returns
While we strive to get your complete satisfaction on all Mr red fox of London orders, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date as long as The product has not been used.
A. No. Mr Red Fox of London do not test any products on animals.
A. All of our products are made right here in England.
A. Yes. No Animal-derived ingredients are used in Mr Red fox Of London’s products.
A.Mr Red fox Of London’s packaging ethos has always been utilitarian: Packaging must be functional, high is quality of design and have minimal environmental impact. Our long terms objectives are to reduce the amount of energy and raw materials used to produce our packaging, and to establish practices that minimise waste.
A. While our hair products can help your hair look fuller, they cannot help hair regrowth.
A. Some countries have restrictions on shipments or may be subject to a surcharge. Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette are examples of alcohol-containing products.

A. Please inform us so that we can package the products in plain outer packaging.
A. Yes, absolutely. If ordering online, please choose this option and include the complete address, contact name, and phone number. If you order by phone, our customer service representatives will gladly accept a different delivery address.
A. All fragrances are made up of a variety of ingredients that evaporate at varying rates. Top notes are those ingredients that evaporate quickly after contact with the skin and provide the initial burst of freshness. The main character of a fragrance is normally represented by the middle or heart notes, which evaporate more slowly and can last up to four or five hours depending on the fragrance form. The base notes can last for several hours and can also change the behaviour of the more volatile top note ingredients to extend their longevity.
A. Ingredients are sourced from all over the world, depending on the environment conditions where the crops for distillation are grown. We do, however, try to source as much as possible from the UK and Europe to reduce the carbon footprint of each raw material.
A. Custom charges and import duties might apply to your order. We are currently working on a solution but for the time being, extra fees may be applied by your Countries customs.
